| Customised shoes are any shoe where a change is made to the standard model in heel height or width, where we add a small surcharge of CHF 15.
The shoe is made individually to your specifications and has a longer delivery timeframe. Please read the conditions of sale for these shoes. |

| 7. How do I pay for my order? |
All prices displayed on Veryfine.ch include appropriate tax for Switzerland.
We accept Postfinance, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and payment by invoice/payment slip (in Switzerland). Please select the appropriate credit card in the order process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will be debited shortly after the confirmation of your order. Orders made with invoice/payment slips must be paid up front so that the order is processed. We will only process orders after payment has been made.

Shopping for Veryfine products has never been easier! Choose from the wide variety of Veryfine products in the comfort of your own home or even onthe road via iPhone or iPad!
Shopping cart
Use the Shopping Cart as you would in a shop: Click on the Veryfine products you would like to buy, and they are placed in your cart. Should you change your mind, you can remove a product at any time, by ticking the box and clicking on update. You are not obliged to buy a product in the shopping cart!
- Adding a product to the Shopping cart:
If you would like to buy a product just click on the "Buy now" button.
- Viewing the Shopping cart:
You may view your Shopping cart at any time.
-Changing the number of products in your Shopping cart:
If you would like to buy more than one of the same product, simply change the amount in the display on your Shopping cart by typing in the number you want and then click on update. The content of your Shopping cart is updated automatically.
-Removing products from your Shopping cart:
Please click on the "Refresh" button in the Shopping cart view. As long as a product remains in the Shopping cart, your order hasn't been placed. |

| Deliveries for paid and confirmed orders will usually take place within 10-14 working days in Switzerland. The delivery time could vary for international deliveries. You will be informed if your delivery is delayed. Custom orders are usually delivered within 8 weeks. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the postal service or customs processes. |

| If you have received a giftvoucher or have a promocode, please fill it in on the payment page in the shop in the giftvouchers or promocode field. The amount will be automatically deducted from your order and you will be able to see it listed at the final confirmation page of your order. |

| Please check with neighbours or with your local post office, as your package may be too big for you postbox and will be kept at the postoffice until you collect it.
