Rights of return/exchange

Our goal is your satisfaction and joy in your new dance shoes. In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow these useful tips or contact us at sales@veryfine.ch

Not satisfied?
If you are not satified with your order, you can return it within 7 days. Excluded from returns and exchanges are DVDs, accessories, sale shoes and custom made shoes. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after the 7 day period has lapsed.  We will credit your account for the amount minus an administrational fee of Sfr 9 per pair of shoes, pending they are unsued and in new condition. For further information, please refer to our conditions of sale on Veryfine.ch.

 

Process for returns/exchanges
Please return the item/s as described to our addess. Once we receive it, you will receive a credit on your Veryfine account. You can redeem your credit for a new order on the checkout page. We recommend that you to keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference, just in case  we don’t receive your package.
